We screened genomic DNA of 23 surgically ablated kidney tumor samples and 24 ovary tumor samples. In case of kidney cancerogenesis changes were detected in 115 of 182 human 3q chromosome NotI-clones and in case of ovary cancer - in 98 clones. It was shown that for 15 (17) genes these changes present in more than 30% of examined tumors. According to published data seven of genes (MINT24, VHL, RBSP3, RARbeta2, FOXP1, GNAI2, FOXP1, Zic4) are associated to different kinds of carcinoma.Also, the project was aimed to the description of peculiarities of spatial structure of the oncogenic isoform eEF1A. Multiple molecular dynamics simulation showed difference in spatial structure and dynamics of normal and oncogenous isoforms, in particular, different flexibility of the first and second domains of the molecules, as well as the destruction of the fragment of the alpha-helix in the first domain of eEF1A2.
