Results and their novelty: the protective effects of synthetic glucocorticoid agonist dexamethasone and opioid receptor blocker naltrexone on prenatal stress-induced changes of mail sexual behavior, stress- and noradrenergic HPA reactivity in adult rats have been proved. The preventive effects of naltrexone and testosterone on early postnatal changes of sexual dimorphic brain proteins were found. The impact of vasopressinergic regulation in the modification of HPA functional activity as well as of -endorphin in sexual brain differentiation were shown.
