Basing on the world trends, as well as on possibilities of creation corporative telecommunication networks in Ukraine, was examine a ten variants of the DTN HME frameworks. The most convenient variant was chosen in the form of virtual private network by MPLS technology. On the basis of this variant and in accordance with the Recommendations RD 50-34.698-90 was developed a text of the Conception of the DTN HME.
