We developed phenomenological theory for descirption of magnetoelastic properties of the materials with large spontaneous deformations that arise in the course of phase transformation and apply it for the description of antiferromagnets. In particular, we analyse possible shape effects in antiferromagnetic crytals. We developed further Landau-type theory for the description of sequance of phase transitions between the magnetic phases of soid oxygen. We study both theoretically and experimentally magnetization curves of the monocrystalline ferromagnetic martensites for different directions of the external magentic field and analyse the field-induced shift of the transition temperature.
