The methods of thermodiffusion carbooxidation and nitrocarburizing which allow to increase corrosion and wear resistance of titanium alloys were proposed. The technologial conditions of nitrocarburizing by means of solid-phase and gas saturation were studied. It was shown that these methods allow to lower the process temperature.
