The work purpose: development of new me-thods for work reliability estimation of high-strength metal pro-duc-tion for railway transport. Definition, on the basis of the cracks ini-tiation and propagation theory concep-t, a regularities of a fracture, a wear and a contact durability of rolling pair element-s a "wheel - rail ". Methods of research: the approaches of the fatigue fracture mechanics, singular integral equations method for bodies with cracks, computer simulation. The calculation algorithms of rail steels work capacity have been developed on the basis of the concept of damages formation such as pitting and spalling within the theory framework of the fatigue cracks development in a contac-ting bodies. The quantitative estimation of a rail contact durabi-lity has been given depending on operational parameters such as intensity of contact loading , initial edge cracks orientation, fricti-on in contact, liquid presence (water, oil). The theoretical results well correlate with experimental ones. They can serve as basis for durability estimation of other rolling systems. Application areas: durability calculation, durability and wear resistance of elements of a "wheel - rail " system etc. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
