The purpose of activity - developing the concept of analytical management, which activates all of its functions to increase of validity of the administrative solutions at miscellaneous hierarchic levels of agrarian sector of Ukraine, that will speed up its achievement of the European international standards. Investigation method - system-functional approach, benchmarking, abstract - logical methods, expert estimation, morphological and monographic method. It is established, that have oriented agrarian sector of Ukraine on Eurointegration it is necessary to consider, that in Europe there are miscellaneous manufacturing systems and numerical organization-legal forms of managing, that complicates transferring of European experience on domestic practice, demands the balanced administrative Eurointegration solutions. It is approved, that the productivity of management essentially depends on that as far as how it is fully realizes the functions and, first of all, analytical, which eliminates subjectivism in decision making and enhances efficiency of other control functions. It is possible to name such management analytical, that is organizationally-integrated, is function and structurally balanced system, which is grounded on synthesis of creative knowledge both practical acquirement of the specialists and chiefs and is by the reason of a synergistic effect in achievement by agrarian frames of miscellaneous hierarchic levels of control of the strategic purposes.
