Concentrations of composite-average and component-average stresses in the Lame problem and the Kirsch problem for two-component elastic composites of stochastic structure are calculated. Influence of such factors as bulk concentration, mechanical characteristics of components, radius of hole (compared with the characteristic sizes of structural elements) on concentration of stresses in neighborhood of a circular hole is investigated. The comparative analysis of the obtaineded solutions with results of more simple theory of effective modules is carried out.
