The positive changes are set in growth and development of plants of potato, forming of fotosintetic vehicle under the explored factors. It is well-proven that the green fertilizers and tailings of corn cultures can be the alternative of pus (straw). It is marked that application of siderites intermediate cultures (radish oily and mustard of sarepts) in combination with a straw on a background the mineral fertilizers, the increase of productivity of potato averaged 29,1-32,0% in comparison with the unfertilized control. Next to the fertilizers application of regulator of growth of plants of emistim С, that provides the increase of harvest 1,9-2,5 t/gа is important reserve of increase of productivity of potato.
