The objective of the effort: development of the initial data and technologies of rock solids failure during insitu leaching (ISL). Methods of the research: initial data generalization and selection for hard, slightly fractured rock solids blasting by hole loads with specified quality of shattering, foundation of rock solids failure technology for ISL. The results of the research: contain the initial data foundation and calculation of drilling-and-blasting parameters, explosive operation condition and features when rock mass prepared for ISL, evaluation of seismic load of blast and airblast wave on the underground communications, mining facilities and human, requirements to the drilling-and-blasting technology for ISL, recommendations for their application in the projects of Ingulska and Smolinska mines of SE "VostGOK". The engineering methods of drilling-and-blasting parameters calculation are established when rock solids with specified grainsize composition fractured in ISL. The scientific novelty: consists in foundation of blast power and explosives specific consumption impact on shattering quality when rock solids with specified grainsize composition fractured in ISL of ore in view of seismic blast load and airblast wave impact on the underground communications, mining facilities and human. Social importance: providing safe mining operations and environmental condition consistency in the areas of uranium deposit mining. The results of the research will be used for development of technology of fracturing rock solids with specified grainsize composition in blocks of ISL applying geotechnologies at the mines of SE "VostGOK".
