Purpose of research - studying and improving existing methods of fixation, producing, saving and exhibiting of morphological preparations from the representatives of ichthyofauna, avifauna and theriofauna and creating new ones. Research methods are a complex of museum methods of producing preparations of bones and installation of skeletons; preparations of joints and dry myologic preparations; preparations of fish intestines, birds and mammals internal organs; corrosive and clarified preparations; angiologic and neurological preparations; helmintology preparations; preparations by means of plastination. Results of realized researches - the results of researches show that the use of plastinational preparations is justified, so far as these preparations are untoxic, have no smell, keep a true form and partly color of organs. Plastinational preparations are extraordinarily demonstrative and can be studied both by sight and in manual way, have an unlimited term of fitness, do not require any capacities for storage, have high durability and wear resistance. Industry of application - plastinational preparations may be used for providing of educational process for the study of biological disciplines in universities and schools.
