Subject of research: factors of migrant socio-cultural and socio-psychological adaptation to the new foreign cultural conditions. Aim of research: sociological research of migrants communities from Moslem countries which get education in Kharkov, and factors which promote adaptation to the receive society conditions; formulation of recommendations for the local administration and self-government about adjusting of social adaptative processes and interethnic conflicts prevention. Methods of research: survey and content-analysis. The main conceptual characteristics of the sociological study program of socio-psychological and socio-cultural adaptative factors of ethno-religious migrants groups in Kharkov and intercultural communicative problems are presented; the basic objective and subjective indexes of these factors are defined; the analysis of empiric information (materials of sociological research -inquiry and content-analysis), which were got directly from a migrant environment, is conducted; we make conclusions about the necessity of internationalist value revival in an information policy, presentation of Kharkov multiculturalism as historically folded an originality, peculiarity and authenticity of the city, holding of intercultural formal and informal actions, which can help in mutual familiarization and understanding, in greater openness of communities and optimization of ethno-religious migrant groups' adaptation. The materials presented in report may be used in the following scientific researches of intercultural communicative problems and for development and realization of local-authority policy in adjusting of social adaptive processes and prevention of interethnic conflicts.
