With this aim, methodic fundamentals for obtaining and characterization of mouse embryonic stem cells were made, method for blastocyst isolation and inner cell mass (ICM) detachment for embryonic stem cells obtaining were developed, As the result of optimizing of blastocyst and ICM cultivation conditions, selection of factors, the technology of embryonic stem cells obtaining from mouse blastocyst and maintence them in undifferentiating state was developed.
