Component differentiation and specific biotic variety formed 18 types of landscapes on territory of region. Without regard to a landscape variety the protected territories are unevenly placed within the limits of landscapes. It is set that the substantial increase of sums of active temperatures is marked for the last decades. From 1991 till 2005 years the increase of ordinary temperatures is marked 0,7-0,5 0C due to growth of winter temperatures, that the effect of decontinentalization of climate is provided. Noted tendency to diminishing of amount of fallouts in relation to a climatic norm. On a background growth of temperatures of air the increase of drying of the territory climate of region is stipulated. Sharply quality of water became worse in the rivers for most which this index is estimated as "bad". For period from 80th to 2000-no years the soils of region lost on the average about 0,5 % humus.
