It was set as a result of experimental researches, that was increasing relaxation of tensions and plastic deformation of detail with rise of shock energy and magnitude of resilient deformation. Precision of impulsive-static calibration depends on multiple of cycles of treatment. Precision of process is rise with the increase of amount of cycles, and its maximum values are determined by not only the technical parameters of process but also economic practicability of achievement of such precision. For the high-size welded details, the models of which were used in work, precision of calibration is comparable with exactness after first turning processing. Recommendations on creation of technological process of calibration of the high-size welded details are developed. The method of determination of parameters of impulsive-static calibration with the use of specific power features is offered.
