Objective- on-line and process analysis of violations in Ukrainian NPPs operation during 2005- 2006. This analysis is aimed at increasing the efficiency in investigation of violations and at improving quality of documentation results of the above investigation. The following was conducted within R&D: on-line analysis of the reports on violations in NPP operation (correctness assessment in performing the investigation and documenting its results); statistic processing of the information on violations in NPP operation based on different aspects; analysis of the process of developing and implementing corrective actions developed by the plant commissions owning to investigations of violations in NPP operation; analysis of the international NPP operation experience. Application area- the State Nuclear Regulatory Committee of Ukraine applies the research results in assessing the operation safety level at Ukrainian NPPs, tendencies of its changes, as well as in the system of lessons learnt from the operation experience.
