Thermodynamic model for phase equilibria and critical lines description for natural medium water - carbon dioxide in a wide range of temperatures ( 400 - 800K) and pressures up to 1000 MPa is establishe via neural networks approach. It is demonstrated the artificial neural networks are a powerful tool for generalization of nonsystematic data on fitting model parameters which cannot be estimated theoretically and use experimental information. The ecological criteria of chemical distribution in systems water - octanol and supercritical carbon dioxide - water database is developed. Correlation relationships between binary interaction parameters and ecological criteria of organic waste impact on environment are established. The main results of thermodynamic and phase behaviour prognosis for the systems supercritical water - organic chemicals and supercritical carbob dioxide - biological molecules have a practical meaning at design stage of industrial utilities for new environmentally friendly technologies.
