Description

By the object of research are the cauliflower and broccoli. Purpose of work - the development to standard growing technology with requirements to technological process, environment protection, warranties of the producer of the cauliflower and broccoli for reception of the high quality productions. Research method. For achievement of the put purpose the following methods of researches were used the field, laboratory and statistical-mathematical methods. It is designed a new state standard, which will be use agricultural commodity producer of the different forms of properties, legal and physical persons, which concern with the production of the cauliflower and broccoli for consumption in fresh type, for conversion and on export. Branch of using are enterprises of agroindustrial complex, farms, private leasing enterprises and supermarkets.
