A total of to 30 to 50 plants of each study variety were obtained. Tube plants of cvs Alminskii, Pamiati Golodrigi, Granatovyi Magaracha and the rootstock Kober 5BB were tested, and no virus diseases were detected. The healthy material was immediately propagated in sufficient numbers, and to do this, microcuttings were produced and employed to establish a sanitated basic vineyard.
