The antibodies was obtained against 1A translation elongation factor which can be utilized both for 1A content analysis in tissues and for the presence of РТІ-1 oncogene product in tissues during oncogenesis. The monoclonal antibodies against S100А4 have obtained which is perspective for diagnostics of metastases. A new microarray type was developed on the base of NotI genomic clones for determination of genes participating in tumour progression.
