The example of the Antarctic microorganisms it is shown reliability and efficiency of a method of thermodynamic forecasting of interaction of microorganisms with metals. The above-stated properties of the Antarctic microorganisms can be used in industrial biotechnologies of purification of waste waters from heavy metals. Strains methylotrophic bacteria are revealed in different Antarctic ecosystems.
