The aim of the research work is model investment projects treatment and creating of such projects enumeration to use them in process of investment providing in Ukrainian agricultural development on innovative base and forming of industrial and social rural infrastructure on level that will be able to resolve the social, economic and other targets of the program. Methods of investigation: monographic method (to examine theoretical principles and to study scientific approaches), induction & deduction, comparison, analysis & synthesis quantitative and qualitative analysis, graphic, economic-mathematical methods of economic effects investigation etc. Results of the investigation are components of integrated program treatment of Ukrainian village development support in 2006-2010. General economic and social effects are in forming of approaches for investment projects treatment to provide agricultural development. Using the recommendations, as a result of present investigation, sent to professional Ministries and Government of the country, would permit to provide more effective management decision making concerning increasing of Ukrainian agricultural investment attraction. Field of application is agricultural economy, investment activity, production and reprocessing of agricultural products, rural areas development. Advantages of the work over available analogues - typical model investment projects of plant growing and livestock raising, reprocessing and social rural development are concentrated and given in common aspect.
