Unreasonable delay of updating of technical means breaks the development of industry; contains the growth of work productivity, leads to the substantial growth of expenses by the industry techniques in working order, increases a particle of obsolete machines. Means for reproduction of techniques are accumulated in amortized fund of the enterprise. Amortization is an economic basis of means reproduction. Amortization politics meanings as regulator of financial relations are amplified. Means heaped up in amortized fund become for it the main source of investments at updating means of mechanization. The today's amortization politics enables to recreate due to amortization deductions only about 10 % of need in agricultural machinery. Carrying out of effective amortization politics requires reassessment of techniques and reduction of its initial cost conformity with regenerative (market) cost with application of a rectilinear method, having defined term of useful use of each machine.
