A basic element of system is the beam positon monitor, which measurement accuracy should be about 10 microns, that in known electron storage rings it is not required. The detailed calculation and study of the performances of beam positon monitor, optimization of his geometrical parameters, development of the electronic measuring channel and test-bench for removal of performance characteristics of the beam positon monitor is necessary for reaching the indicated precision. In a basis of a metod of investigation of the performances of the beam positon monitor the finding of better approximations of his performance characteristics and checkout this metod on experimental model BPM and test-bench. As a result of realization of the design the attempt will be realized to find better a method of approximation of performance characteristics BPM in comparison with existing. Will be designed and the experimental model of the beam positon monitor is created, are explored and his performances on the test-bench are investigated.
