The synergistic mechanism of action of the inhibitor blend is caused by acidification of corrosion solution near coating defect and acceleration of calcium carbonate dissolution from omiocarb following complex phosphate film formation. Increase of coating impact resistance was obtained by way of omiacarb addition at optimal concentration to coal ash filler and formation of structure of high density packing. It was shown, that use of modified zinc phosphate in siloxane primer increases predictive life time of anticorrosive insulation at gas compressor stations in 1,3…1,6 times.
