A calculation model of deformation state of construction elements with uniform corrosive damages for their durability prediction was developed. The model estimates a residual service life of elements with accuracy which is sufficient for engineering applications. Technical requirements to the equipment for metal surface treatment before depositing of protection coatings and technical conditions project in surface preparation of long term exploitation constructions before depositing of paint-and-lacquer coatings are developed.
