The temperatures of phase transformations and nature of phases-products of interaction were determined during conventional and solid HDDR. It was found the conditions of complete disproportionation of the alloy: holding for (2-5) h at p=(0.4-0.5) МPа and 913 К. The HDDR leads to the formation of homogeneous fine grains structure in the KC37 alloy with crystallites size of <1mcm. The conditions of texture formation in the KC37 alloy by means of modified HDDR treatment at (873-1173) К were established in the first time. The crystalline texture coincides with magnetic one.
