For determination of hydrogen concentration in the pre-fracture zone the numerical solution of hydrogen diffusion problem in the field of mechanical stress was found. From energy balance equation of plastic deformation correlations was obtained, that describe kinetics of growth of fatigue crack in the air and in the hydrogen environments. On the basis of these models the method of determination of residual resource of hydrogenated metallic alloys and their welds was proposed.
