These materials have better kinetic parameters of hydrogen sorption / desorption compared to pure Mg and Mg2Ni compound. Hydrogen sorption capacity of fully saturated Mg88Mn4Ni8 alloy is 5.4 wt.% H. Study of crystal structure and hydrogenation properties of the Ti4-xZrxFe2Oy alloys showed that their hydrogen storage capacity increases on decreasing oxygen content in the alloy and on increasing Zr/Ti ratio. Structure, hydrogen sorption capacity and electrochemical charge-discharge properties of the YNi3-xMnx pseudo binary compounds have been studied.
