Methodical recommendations and specification which regulate the technological process of reinforced rods joining by compressive bushing when manufacturing the long iron-concrete structural elements have been developed. To join the reinforced rods with compressing bushing the specification has been developed and a portable device has been manufactured. Results have been implemented in "Autodor" company and recommended for road construction organizations for construction of new and repair of operating roads. Application of the developed method and technological process of joining heat- treated reinforced rods when reinforcing long iron concrete structural elements will decrease the structural elements metal consumption to 40% at the similar carrying ability and life time.
