It was shown that tuberculin, recombinant proteins МРВ63 and МРВ83 and also conjugates on their basis may be used as effective antigens for diagnosis of tuberculosis. Conditions for immobilization of antigens on the immunosensor chip surface are selected. Regeneration of chip with sorbed antigen for the reuse is shown to be possible.
