The elevation of Pg concentration in human blood in the presence of coagulation components and at the sufficient t-PA concentration, directly enhances the activation process and increases the fibrinolysis velocity. So, till the development of the main disease is fibrinolytic potential, the risk of thrombus formation is negligiable. The natural activation of fibrinolysis system at the stimulation of acute inflammation processes and the suppression of this system under state of chronic inflammation is the base for further study of disbalance proteins of acute phase at thrombogenic disease.
