It is showed that surface tension in nanoparticles determine the mechanism of essential increase of oxygen ions conductivity. The improved technology of production of nanocrystal powders of hard oxides by deposition from solutions is elaborated. The experimental investigations of ferroelectric nanopowders by ESR method is carried out. Both theory and experiment showed essential influence of nanoparticle sizes distribution on shape of observed ESR spectra and temperature dependence of polarization.
