Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 Immunohistochemical studies of different histological variants of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas showed that PKD2 is expressed in B lymphocytes on different stages of differentiation: from naive to activated B cells. Malignant cells in small lymphocytic lymphoma/CLL, mantle cell lymphomas, and sporadic Burkitt's lymphomas were characterized by low level of PKD2 expression and auto-phosphorylation. Malignant cells at DLBCL demonstrated high level of PKD2 expression and auto-phosphorylation. In Hodgkin's lymphoma PKD2 expression was found in all cellular elements, however, a high level of auto-phosphorylated PKD2 was detected only in Reed-Sternberg and Hodgkin's cells. Thus, the level of PKD2 phosphorylation correlated with activated phenotype of B lymphocytes. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
