Simultaneous expression of CD150 and ІПО-38 gives evidence about aggressiveness of malignant disorders. From this point of view diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) with activated phenotype is a more aggressive subtype of DLBCL. Determining of ІПО-38 expression as a marker of proliferating cells could be used in clinic for the monitoring of effectiveness of breast cancer therapy.
