Also the prevalence, clinical- dynamical representations and course of the somatized depression and depressive reactions, somatoform disorders in patients of general hospitals were found. The uniform differential-diagnostical criteria and treatment regimens of depressive, somatoform and somatized disorders in the somatic patients were elaborate. Using of the uniform criteria that are first developed in Ukraine allows to rationalize and reduce on 30 - 50 % the extent of laboratory and instrumental examinations that are necessary to make diagnose and to decrease hospital stay on 5-7 days. The determined dynamic of accounted depressive disorders' morbidity and prevalence among adult Ukrainian population, their relationship with social-economical factors and mental care's developmental level allows to optimize the planning of organizational measures and economical expenses on the mental care organization in Ukraine.
