The aim of research: on the studying of abnormal clinical-psychopathological and pathopsyhological peculiarities of patients on PTSD and adjustment disorders, who were under influence of extreme events, was developed the scientifically grounded system of psychocorrection and rehabilitation. It was described the PTSD's and adjustment disorders' main clinical variants and types of further development. It was created a new complex of psychocorrection and psychotherapy measures for treatment such patients. Also it was presented the differentiated schemas of pharmacological treatment. The leading making are definite, directions, principles, stages and techniques of their rehabilitation.
