It was studied the clinico-neurological features of of discirkulatory encephalopathy (DE) at patients with type П diabetes mellitus (DM). It was shown more heavy character of flow of disease with more expressed neurological and cognitive deficit, and presence of smoll point according to the methods of neurovizualization in the white matter of cerebrum periventrikulary, mainly in front or back departments of lateral ventricles. It was shown the features of vibrations of day's rhythm of arterial pressure (with the use of method of day's monitoring arterial pressure (AP)) and it was determited the definite - firm rise of AP and the large range of vibrations with nightly and morning getting up AP. It was the test more aggressive flow of arterial hypertension. From data of ultrasonic and duplex dopplerograrhy it was found the signs of system defeat of cerebral and peripheral vessels. The features of development of atherosclerosis at patients from the type П DM are studied. The violation of exchange of lipoprotein are related to the changes in activity of enzymes which take part in the processes of their transformation, and overstrain of the system of gemostazis, wich was conditioned rezistent to insulin. It was shown the expedience of use of hypotenzive, hypolipidemic, nootrope and vascular therapy at this group of patients in complex therapy.
