The composition of some of these agents has been investigated. The fundamentals of the process of making composite ultra fine dry solid doping agents for modern lubricants have been worked out, and process flowcharts for making bicomponent powders based on graphite and fluoroplastic have been developed. The technology of cryodispersion has been studied in the laboratory, and the process parameters of powdering, and the shape and sizes of particles have been identified. During mechanical and chemical activation in a cryogenic apparatus the bicomponent compositions of solid powders acquire special properties required for their application in making doping agents for liquid and solid lubricants.
