It is based on oxidation and electric reduction reactions of water decomposition at 0.1 to 1.5 V. An electrolysis cell has been developed and investigated. It generates hydrogen in the electrolyser operation mode and generates electric power in the reverse mode, the fuel cell one. The results can be used in power engineering.
