Effective numerical methods have been used to solve initial boundary problems, and advanced methods of measuring vibration have been applied. Results are given for numerical analysis of the thermal stressed state of a cylinder casing and the wheel of a double-inlet centrifugal compressor, based on 3D design models. An estimate has been done for the crack resistivity of a 3-bearing fir-tree type foot in gas turbine installation GTN-25 and the tips of blade butts with top disk fitting. An automated vibration monitoring system has been used to investigate the vibrations of turbine rotors in transient conditions. Software for diagnostics of the vibration state of the turbine-driven set in the 300 MW power unit N 4 at the Zaporizhye TPP has been implemented. The technologies can be used for vibration diagnostics, assessing the thermal stressed state and the life of power equipment. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
