Classification of waste products of metallurgical and machine-building complexes of Ukraine is executed. Technological processes of obtaining and use of scarce elements in structure of pig-iron and steel are developed. Quality of metal including chemical, structural, mechanical and special service properties is investigated, areas of industrial use of the developed sstructures of pig-iron, steel and the alloys obtained with application of waste products are determined.
