It was established that expression profiles of Ruk/CIN85 isoforms, their ability to oligomerisation and subcellular lokalization are cell line-specific. Using Western-blot and Nothern-blot analysis, expression profiles of Ruk/CIN85 isoforms were investigated in human tumors. It was shown that changes in the expression level of full-length Ruk/CIN85 form correlate with tumor malignancy. The analitical data base is created.
