It was establish that by the imobilization's stress the level of NO metabolic increase in the plasma, peculiarity at old rats. At aorta - the level of NO metabolic didn't change by adult , and decrease by old rats. The сNOS activity increases at the aorta both adult and old animals. The imobilization result in the enlargement of the products of lipid peroxidation at the blood, aorta's wall and myocardium, only by old rats. Thus, by the imobilizatin's stress influence take place the different change at the NO's system and the lipid peroxidation only by old animals.
