The results: sientific instruments for diagnostics of parameters of laboratory and ionospheric plasmas is developed, life tests of spacecraft materials against thermochemical resistance are carried out; probability distributions of cathode spots at the axisymmetrical electrode surfaces are determined, a new numerical algorithm for realization of the Monte-Carlo method to solve the Boltsman equation, as applied to aerodynamic problems of spacecraft, is proposed.
