Experience of organization of basic researches in SASU and its fee in innovation development of economics from this point of view is reviewed. In the methodical schedule state of the art of an Academy of sciences is estimated on the basis of sociological researches and analysis of statistics, the shift in public thought concerning science as a whole and Academy of sciences in particular is detected also. On thisbasis the conclusions concerning outlooks of an output on perspective directions of researches, выявленые organizational lacks, definite pathes of reforming with allowance for both preservation of achievements and experience are formulated, the place and role SASU in innovation development of economics, condition and outlook of federating SASU in european scientific space is determined.
