Description

Object of the research: methods of evaluation of productivity and breeding value of heifers, pregnant heifers and sires. Purpose of the work - developing normative documents for establishing basic requirements to evaluation of productivity and breeding value for heifers, pregnant heifers and sires (with BLUP method) for subjects of breeding work in animal husbatry. Developed standards are new normative documents wich reglament requirements to the methods of evaluation of productivity and breeding value estimation of heifers, pregnant heifers and sires in order to get more precise and objective evaluation. Area of application of the standards are breeding farms for dairy cattle breeding.
