The purpose of work is the Theoretical ground of geodynamics terms of forming and fluid-geodynamic mode of the Kilia-Snake Island geoblock North-western shelf of the Black sea for the scientific providing of regional prognosis of the oil&gas Danube-Snake Island shelf of Ukraine. Created structurally-tectonic and evolution-geodynamic models of Kilia-Snake Island geoblock. The features of the fluid-geodynamic mode are exposed and the evolution-fluid-geodynamic model of the oil&gas production North-Black Sea pool is represented. The evolution-geodynamic criteria of oil&gasproduction region are selected. .
