Geodetic measurements were carried out with the aid of the high-precision electronic tacheometer and level. It has been developed new methods of measurements and processing of their results with determination coordinates of the point of local geodetic network, reducing point SPL-2 and antenna of GPS-point. It has been compared coordinates in the worldwide local systems of reducing point SPL-2 which were obtained from the laser location of satellites and GPS-measurements. The new value of control basis for calibrating stadiametric system SPL-2 has been obtained. The accuracy of determination the relative coordinates of the reducing point SPL-2 and antenna of GPS-point relative to the points of local geodetic network satisfies established requirements.
