Description

The object of the investigation - general requirements to cooked feeds for poultry for which wastes of butchering and processing birds (especially the intestine with its contents) may be used, to introduce the indices of safety and controlling of the quality of these kinds of products. The aim of the work - the creation of the standard where the requirements to cooked feeds as the ingredients of mixed-feeds for poultry and non-traditional feeds will be generalized. This standard will be a leading document that will allow producers of poultry products to nearer maximally to the waste-free technology of bird processing using by-products and obtaining useful products for poultry feeding. The valid normative documents for such product as cooked feeds haven't been revealed but modern directions to the waste-free production of products and maximal use of non-traditional feeds and feed additives for poultry request the working out of normative documents which regulate the quality and safety of these productsfor birds.
